Obituary of Alan Roy Hopkins

On Friday April 15, 2005, Alan Roy Hopkins of Country Terrace, Komoka, (formerly of Dorchester) in his 91st year. Gone to be with his life partner Alena (1997). Father of Rick (Sue) of Dorchester, Bob (Marybeth) of London, and Dan (Erin) of Ailsa Craig. Grandfather of Brenda (Andrew), Ken (Kelly), Mike, Sandra, Richard Anderson, Jeff and Laura. Great-Grandfather of Lauren, Hayley, Quinn, Kennady and Kalynn. At Alan's request a private family service will take place at a later date. Cremation has taken place and his ashes placed with Alena and interment in Dorchester Union Cemetery. Donations to the Country Terrace Nursing Home would be appreciated by the family, and can be made through the Evans Funeral Home, 648 Hamilton Rd. (451-9350).
