At Craigwiel Gardens, with her husband by her side, on Sunday, February 8, 2015, Maria Cordeiro passed away in her 82nd year. Beloved wife of Fernando Cordeiro Sr. for 64 years. Loving mother of Jose, Fernando Jr., Eduardo, Antonio, Carlos, Joaõ, Francisco, Margarida (deceased), Celeste, Esmeralda, Lucia & Zenaide. Remembered by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, brothers, sisters, nieces & nephews in Canada, USA & Portugal. Visitation will be held at the Evans Funeral Home, 648 Hamilton Rd. (1 block east of Egerton St.), on Tuesday from 2-4 & 7-9pm Prayers in the Evans Chapel Tuesday afternoon. Mass will be celebrated at Holy Cross Catholic Church, 10 Elm St. (at Hamilton Rd.), on Wednesday, February 11, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. (Parking available at the Evans Funeral Home 1 block west of the church).
