Obituary of Quincey Leigh Raffel

Suddenly, at St. Thomas-Elgin General Hospital, on Tuesday, November 11, 2014, with her loving husband Derek Medlar by her side, Quincey passed away in her 22nd year. Quincey will be lovingly remembered by her mothers Rhonda & Carolyn (Mike "Pops"), Grandma & Grandpa Burtniak, Grandma & Grandpa Raffel, her sisters Laurel & Jessie and many aunts, uncles & cousins. Cherished & best friend of Leah & Holly. Although she was only in our lives for a short time Quincey will always be missed by the Brown, Medlar & Roes families. Quincey was always the center of attention & loved to put a smile on everyone’s face. Friends will be received at the Evans Funeral Home, 648 Hamilton Rd. (1 block east of Egerton St.), on Tuesday, November 18, 2014 from 1-2pm.
