Obituary of Jack E. Lounsbury

Suddenly, with family by his side, at Victoria Hospital on Saturday, July 20, 2013, Jack passed away in his 70th year. Loving husband, soulmate & best friend of Donna for 50 years. Loving father of Donna (Rick) Gallant, the late Jack (Cheryl), Adam (Sherry), Chris (Sue) & Rob. Cherished "Papa" of Cassandra, Sarah, Jacob, Katelyn, Jessica, Clarissa, Miranda, the late Destani and great-grandpapa to Krystal. Predeceased by parents Ruby & Jack Lounsbury. Beloved brother of Judy Lounsbury, Marie Fountain, Doug (Lise) Lounsbury, Angela VanAlstine and predeceased by sister Jane & brother George. Dear brother-in-law of Bob (Vicki) Braund, Dianne (the late Brian) Bennett, Rick (Brenda) Braund & Danny Braund. Also survived by numerous nieces & nephews. Friends will be received at the Evans Funeral Home, 648 Hamilton Rd. (1 block east of Egerton), on Wednesday from 6-8pm and Thursday from 10-11am. Funeral service will be held in the Evans Chapel on Thursday, July 25, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. Cremation to follow. Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or Canadian Blood Services would be appreciated. The Gift of Life through blood donation to the Canadian Blood Services would also be appreciated.
