Obituary of Stephanie Francis Lawrence

Passed away peacefully, on Sunday, October 9, 2011, in her 24th year, at home with her mother Debbie by her side. Stephanie had lived with Niemann's Pick Disease Type C all of her short life and had surpassed her life expectancy by almost nine years. This would be attributed to her strong will to live and laugh and to her mother's unconditional love. Stephanie's brother Brian Joseph 'BJ' also suffered from the same disease and lost his battle June 23 2008. Our hearts take solace today in knowing that they are now together once again. Daughter of Brian Lawrence. Beloved granddaughter of Peter Ryan. Dear niece of Melissa Townes, Rennie, Aussie, Eddie, Frank & Shawn Tobin. Also survived by Dave Martin & family and many close friends. Visitation will be held at the Evans Funeral Home, 648 Hamilton Rd. (1 block east of Egerton), on Wednesday from 6-8pm and Thursday from 10-11am. A Celebration of Stephanie's Life will follow in the Evans Chapel on Thursday, October 13, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Rob Hoogendoorn, of Forest City Community Church, officiating.
