Obituary of Thomas Churchill Capstick
Peacefully, surrounded by family, at Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital on Monday, March 14, 2011, Tom passed away in his 70th year. Beloved son of Kathleen Capstick. Loving & devoted husband of Mary for over 40 years and father of Tommy & his wife Tammy, Rene, and Jason & his wife Heidi. Proud "Papa" of Cory, Collin & Avery. Dear brother of Sheila, Kevin, Albert, Michael, Mary-Margaret, Cathy & Joey and their families. Tom will be lovingly remembered by all the LeBlanc Family and all his friends who became his extended family. Predeceased by his father William & brother John.
Tom was a longtime member of Royal Canadian Legion #176 Forest.
Friends will be received at the Evans Funeral Home, 648 Hamilton Rd. (1 block east of Egerton), on Thursday, from 2-4 & 7-9pm. Prayers in the Evans Funeral Home at 4pm and an RCR Association Memorial Service will be conducted at 7pm.
Funeral Mass will be Celebrated at Mary Immaculate Catholic Church, 1980 Trafalgar St. (east of Clarke Rd.), on Friday, March 18, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. Interment in St. Peter’s Cemetery.
Donations to the Children's Hospital at the London Health Sciences Centre would be appreciated by the family. (cheques payable to Children's Health Foundation)
