Obituary of Richard Ross Martin

Peacefully at L.H.S.C. Victoria Hospital with his family by his side, Richard Ross Martin of London in his 94th year. Cherished husband of the late Edythe Irene Martin (1994). Loving father of Marlyne McKenney and her husband Charles. Devoted grandpa of Sherrie (the late George, 2001), Martin (Christine), Richard, Dale (Caron) and Lisa (Allan) and great-grandpa of Charles (Jen), Christopher, Cody, Samantha, Tyler, Kailea and Shayna and great-great grandpa of Zoe. Ross will be dearly missed by his beloved cat Fraiser. Ross was the last surviving street car driver for the London Transit Commission. A private family service was held at Evans Funeral Home, 648 Hamilton Rd. (1 block east of Egerton St.), on Friday, August 27th, 2010. Interment in Mount Pleasant Cemetery.
