Obituary of Daphne Joy Davidson

After a long battle fought with dignity, at LHSC Victoria Hospital, Daphne Davidson returned home at the age of 85. She leaves behind her two brothers David (Jo) and Bill Marriott of England. Also left to mourn is her daughter Linda (Wayne) Lumley, her grandchildren Linda, Rick, Kim, Karen and Dan, Michelle and Nancy. Daphne will be missed by her many great and great great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her daughter Carol Davidson (2010). Daphne also had many dear friends she came to know during her decades working at Northern Telecom, from where she retired. At Daphne’s request cremation has taken place. A private service will be held at a later date.
