The obituary is a wonderful tribute to a longtime neighbour and family member really. I can taste "Mrs. O'Briens'" Irish shortbread still. Too many fond memories to share here but please know that we share in your sorrow at Anita' passing.

I only met your mom on a couple of social occasions at the Eberhard's home but she was such a happy, frienly lady who was so nice to talk to. It's hard to lose your mom at any time in life and it "just isn't the same" without her but the memories come back when you least expect them and make you feel she is still with you - what a beautiful legacy to leave you - just her strong spirit with you forever. Our thoughts and prayers - as always, Don & Louise & Family.

Remembering a wonderful lady with a warm heart. Anita was the best mother-in-law anyone could wish for. My life is richer for knowing her. Loving memories always, Pat

We are so sorry to hear of the passing of your Mother. She has been a part of Ron's life from boyhood. In many ways, she became a bit of all their mothers, as she was always there with a word of encouragement, and good advice. It is hard to lose someone so loved, the wonderful memories will live on, and she will not be forgotten. Ron and Dorothy Martin

I wish I could be there tomorrow to help celebrate Auntie Anita's life as she was such an important influence in our young years at the cottage. She would let us do all the fun stuff and yes take us on some of those very long walks. I'm glad that she is no longer suffering and has joined your dad for that dance. My thoughts and prayers are with the entire family at this difficult time.
